We had such a memorable stay! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us—one even booked us a table at a packed schnitzel place! The breakfast was a dream, with lots of choices and even hot dishes! My only gripe was the dim lighting in the room, made it hard to read. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Had an awesome three-night stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic and the spa treatments like the massage and steam room were super relaxing. Just a heads up, there was some expired beer in the minibar, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

I loved how close this place is to the stunning Vienna State Opera, which is just a few steps away, and it’s also so easy to stroll through the nearby beautiful park areas, making it a dream for a weekend traveler like me who enjoys walking around city sights.

This place flaunts a stunning 19th-century Viennese decor that transports you back in time. The proximity to the Opera, coupled with the elegant spa facilities, makes it top-notch for relaxation and entertainment.

I also found the thin pillows lacking, as a little extra cushion would’ve turned my sleep into something legendary. Got charged a hefty deposit upon arrival that felt a bit off, especially since they took their sweet time refunding it. Some noise from neighboring rooms also made things less tranquil than I’d hoped.
